Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce can string beans -- drained
- 5 large onions -- chopped
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Drain string beans and set aside. Saute onions in oil until browned but not burned. Drain and add to string beans. Place in bowl of food processor and add remaining ingredients. Process, using steel knife, until mixture is smooth. Adjust seasonings and add remaining oil from onions if needed.
