Ingredients

  • 4 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can french fried onions (2.8oz)

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. In medium bowl, combine egg, sour cream, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Stir in monterey jack cheese, hot spaghetti, spinach and ½ can french fried onions. Pour into 8 inch square baking dish. Bake covered, 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining onions bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions golden brown.
