Ingredients
- 1 (500 gms.) pack butterscotch brownie mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- salted egg or kesong puti

Step 1
Prepare a steamer and two 8"- round baking pans. In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat until smooth. Pour into pans. Top with grated cheese, sliced salted egg or kesong puti. Steam for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Serve with grated coconut.
