  • 4 ZUCCHINI, SLICED
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP PARMESAN SHREDDED CHEESE

Step 1

IN LARGE SAUTE PAN HEAT OLIVE OIL OVER HIGH HEAT. SAUTE THE ONIONS UNTIL THEY BEGIN TO SOFTEN

ADD THE GARLIC, SAUTE 1 MINUTE. ADD THE SLICED ZUCCHINI. COOK COVERED UNTIL THE ZUCCHINI IS CRISP TEMDER

SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
