Ingredients
- 6 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 4 TBSP dry white wine
- 4 TBSP packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp ginger powder
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and let thicken for 15 mins.
You can add 4 TBSP of sesame seeds if desired.
For Chicken or Fish, place meat into a shallow caserole dish. Pour the thickened sauce over the meat and put in some sliced raw onion. Cover and bake at 400c for 45 mins. Serve over rice.
