Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 can corn
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 2 cups water (salted)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can ripe olives
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Fry onion in oil until brown. Add meat until grey. Add tomotoes, corn, olives, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic. Boil water and stir in corn meal to make a mush. Add to 1st mixture. Can be browned in oven as a cassarole.
