Ingredients
- 1 can (29 oz.) sliced, undrained peaches
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. buttermilk pancake mix
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put first 2 ingredients in 8 inch square baking pan. Combine pancake mix, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Stir in egg until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly mix in oil. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
