Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups butter
• 1/2 tp baking powder
• 4-1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tp salt
• 3 eggs
• 3 tb cocoa
• 1 tp vanilla
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
• 1-1/3 cups flour
• 4 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1-1/3 cup (8 oz) chocolate chips
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2-3 cups rice cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and place in jelly roll pan (10 x 15). Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Spread marshmallows over top and return to oven for 3 minutes. Spread if not even. Cool.

Topping:
Melt chocolate and peanut butter. Stir in 2-3 cups of rice cereal. Spread on top of bars and chill.
