Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red potatoes -- unpeeled, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup light Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip®
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 scallions -- sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine dressing, mayo and mustard. Add to potatoes and onion.
