Ingredients
- 12 ounces thin noodles
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
- 1 large onion -- quartered
- 1 green pepper -- cut in chunks
- 1 stalk celery -- cut in chunks
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper -- to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles. Meanwhile, saute garlic, onion and pepper in oil. Add vegetables and mushroom soup to noodles. Mix well. Add eggs. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 uncovered for about 1 hour until top is brown. Sprinkle with paprika.
