Mini Cheese Loafs

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese. Beat eggs and milk; stir intc cheese mixture just until moistened Pour into four greased and floured 5 3/4-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. loaf pans. Bake a 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted near the center comes ou clean. Cool for 10 minutes. RemovJ from pans; slice and serve warm. Yield: 4 mini loaves. Editor's Note: Bread car also be made in one 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
