Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans cut in 2" pieces
- 1 med orange pepper in strips
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans until crisp tender
In a lg skillet saute orange pepper and water chestnuts in butter until tender
Add garlic, salt, onion powder, basil and pepper, cook 1 minute longer
Add beans, toss to coat
