Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 lb. Italian or pork sausage
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 28 oz. tomatoes
- 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 8-oz. cans water
- 1 Tbs./3 cubes chicken bouillion
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. macaroni or broken spaghetti
- Shredded cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, Parmesan, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute` sausage, green pepper, and onion. Stir in rest of ingredients except for the pasta and the cheese. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes.
Add the pasta; cover and simmer until tender.
Top with cheese.
