- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 slices provolone or muenster
- 2 ribeye steaks, cooked, sliced along the grain
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 3 1/2 tbs butter

Step 1
Prepare 4 sheets of foil, and slice hoagie rolls set aside. Heat skillet with 1 tbs butter, add mushrooms and half the onion, cook 5-8 mins. Remove and place on plate. Wipe skillet with paper towel. add 1/2 tbs butter. Cook remaining onions and peppers 5-8 mins. Add 1 tbs butter, season steak with salt and pepper add to skillet. cook 2-4 mins. add vedges. Cook 1-2 mins. Add cheese on top and allow to melt. Add cooked meat, vedges to hoagie buns, wrap in tin foil, place in oven cook 10-15 mins
