Cheshire Inn French Dressing

Long gone, the Chesire Inn in St. Louis had this signature dressing.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs, pasteurized
• 6 Tbs. sugar
• 2 Tbs. salt
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 pressed cloves of garlic
• 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
• 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 Tbs. dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 1 c. cider vinegar
• 1 qt. salad oil.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
