Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • 5 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 package (10 count) Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1.Dice green pepper and onion.
2.Cook diced green peppers and onions mover medium heat with 1 tbsp butter until onions are browned and green peppers are softened.
3.Roughly chop sliced roast beef.
4.Fry with 1 tbsp butter until edges are a little crispy.
5.Flatten biscuits.
6.Cut slices of Provolone cheese into 4 pieces and put 2 pieces on each biscuit.
7.Top with 1 tbsp of the onion and green pepper mix.
8.Add 1 tbsp roast beef.
9.Cut slices of American cheese into 4 pieces and put 2 pieces on the roast beef.
10.Gather edges of the biscuits around the toppings and pinch to seal.
11.Place in a greased, round baking dish with the seams down.
12.Brush the tops with olive oil.
13.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
