Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven 325 degrees

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 1 tbs vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 c zucchini, peeled, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake for 1 hour
