- Ice
- 2 ounces Niepoort white port
- 3/4 ounce Jack Rudy tonic (or other high-quality tonic)

DIRECTIONS
Fill a Collins glass with the ice. Pour in the white port and stir until chilled. Top with the tonic and serve.
