Boston Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. navy beans
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 white onion, medium,
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Place the drained beans in the pot along with all other ingredients. Add enough water to fill to the same level as the beans.
2. Place the Glass Cover on the cooker.
3. Press SLOW COOK. Increase the COOK TIME to 8 hours. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Remove the Glass Cover carefully anc press CANCEL.
4. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
