Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tbs white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbls melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together stir until smooth. Turn the element on your stove to medium high. Put some margarine in the frying pan and wait until the pan is good and hot and put some batter in your pan you want thin crepes so be careful not to add to much. When the first side is brown flip and cook the other side.
