Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pits removed
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- lots of salt (I love Kosher or Sea Salts the best!)
Preparation
Step 1
- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using a fork (or I use a potato masher), mash the mixture to desired consistency (I prefer a chunky mixture...but you can totally mash this smooth if you prefer).
- Add more salt as needed depending on your love of salt
