Ingredients
- 2 lb. orange roughy fillets
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granted parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Place fillets on a greased pan. Brush fillets with lemon juice, and let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Combine parmesan cheese and next 6 ingredients; set aside. Broil filets 8 inches from heat 8 minutes. Spread cheese mixture over fillets. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
