Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3-4 canned artichoke hearts
- 3 Tbs. Parmesan
- 2-3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- Enough olive oil for the desired consistency.

Step 1
Finely chop vegetables. Add to cream cheese with the seasonings and lemon juice. Stir in enough olive oil to reach a spreadable (or dip-able) consistence. Serve with crackers.
