focaccia bread

This is a super easy, crowd pleasing snack. Great to use for an appetizer or add veggies, meat or topping of your choice to make it a meal. Takes less than 2 minutes to prepare using store bought dough.

Ingredients
- 10 oz (1 pkg) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 firm plum tomatoes very thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozarella
- 2 tsp dreid oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 375'. Roll out pizza crust onto a baking stone. Spread the finely minced garlic around the crust. Spread half of the romano cheese and half of the mozzarella over the crust. Layer thinly sliced tomatoes over the crust. (variation: other thinly sliced veggies can also be added now)Top the veggies with remaining cheese.
Bake 35 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbling.
