Ingredients
- 2 1/8 pt water
- 8 1/2 oz cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbs grated parmesan
- 1/2 oz butter

Step 1
Pour all the water into pan. Add salt and bring to boil. Once boiling, slowly add cornmeal, in a slow steady stream, whisk constantly, whisking to avoid any lumps forming. continue to whisk into a smooth, thick paste. Lower heat and keep stirring. During 10 min cooking period. When don cooking add cheese and butter. Mix with your wooden spoon. Mix well. You can add any cheese or herbs at this point. Serve immediatley
