Ingredients
- daikon
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Wash daikon and cover with brine.
Let stand under weight for several days.
Wipe radish dry and pack into jars.
Bring water, sugar, and vinegar to a boil.
Pour hot syrup over daikon and seal jars.
