Ingredients
- 3/4 c lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 6 salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sour cream-tsp soy. Season.
2. Whisk oil-pepper. Brush on both sides salmon.
3. Grill on sprayed grill until opaque in center, ~4 mins/side.
