Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 25 crushed oreos
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • Filling
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip thawed
  • Ganache
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 oz ghiradelli milk chocolate choppred

Preparation

Step 1

Crust
Pour butter over crushed oreos and press into small pie plate. Cook at 350 for 5 - 7 minutes. Let crust cool before you fill it.

Filling
Mix all ingredients in mixer. Pour into bowl lined with parchment paper. Freeze.

After crust is cooled and filling is frozen, place the filling on the oreo crust. Then make the ganache

Ganache
Bring heavy cream to a boil. Then pour over chocolate pieces & mix well.

Pour the ganache over the pie & store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
