Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

place all ingredients in to a blender--process until smooth.

Pour in to well greased muffin pans 1/2 full.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 for 30-35 minutes
