  • 1 to 2 pounds firm tofu
  • Salt or Spike seasoning
  • Non stick spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Cut tofu block in half. Dry tofu with paper towels.
3. Sprinkle with salt or Spike seasoning.
4. Cut tofu into strips and place on prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are slightly golded brown. May bake a shorter time for less firm.
6. Serve warm or place in an air-tight container and refrigerate.
