Directions

Preheat to 325 Line 9x13 parchment paper and grease cream crisco and sugar until fluffy Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one Beat in pineapple= Mix dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in carrots Bake 4 0-45 Cool Mix frosting ingredients Stir in pecans Refrugerate
