Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar, white or dark
- 1.5 tablespoon(s) warm water
- 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, warm water, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Whisking continuously, slowly pour in extra-virgin olive oil until emulsified.
Yields: 2/3 cup (enough for a salad for 4)

Double or Triple this recipe and store it in a old shake-and-serve mustard or jam jar. Vinaigrette will stay fresh for a week
