Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (RAW)

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped bananas frozen
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint
  • 2 tsp cocoa nibs
  • *mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Blend 2 frozen bananas in food processor until whipped smooth and creamy (add 1-2 Tbsp of water if required to get bananas blending)
Add honey and peppermint extract and process to incorporate.
Stir in cocoa nibs. Serve in bowl garnished with a mint leaf.
