Cream Cheese dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheeese softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 medium onions chopped or (1 package chopped onion from Publix)
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms chopped finely
  • green pepper, garlic, and garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Sauté onions and mushrooms in oil. Add garlic salt. Cook until soft and a slightly browned.
Add mixture to cream cheese and mix well.

Pour into casserole. Bake @ 350 Degrees for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Serve with crackers.

Alternate way to cook & serve:
Put in mini Fillo shells (Frozen Food Department in Publix) Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
