Ingredients
- 1/2 lb margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs
Add ricotta vanilla and beat well
Add sifted flour, baking soda, salt and blend well.
Drop by teasponful onto a lightly greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and frost with a conventional confectionary sugar icing. Sprinkle with coconut. If desired - you may sprinkle the tops with nutmeg or cinnamon before baking.
