Apple Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 apples, large
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Place all ingredient in the Inner Pot.
2. Place the Glass Cover on the cooker. Press SLOW COOK. Adjust COOK TIME to 8 hours.
3. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Remove the Glass Cover carefully and press CANCEL.
4. Stir well to mash any large pieces or puree if desired. Let cool and serve.
