Platte County Pie

Ingredients

• 2 large eggs-Beat
• 1/2 C flour
• 1 C sugar-add both to eggs and beat 2 minutes
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 C melted butter
• 1 C chopped walnuts
• 1 C semi sweet chocolate chips- add pour in pie shell
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serve warm or room temp.



Can make this less rich by decreasing chocolate chips by half and by changing walnuts to pecans.
