Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts (poached and shredded)
  • 2 8oz. packages of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese dressing
  • 3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat shredded chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Stir in cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Cook stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and transfer the mixture to an oven safe serving dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve with Fritos Scoops or celery.
