Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

These easy-to-make hot wings are crispy without being fried. They take
only 15 minutes for prep, but need to be refrigerated for about an hour so the flour coating is firm. You can add more cayenne or use a higher hot sauce-tobutter ratio if you like them spicier.''
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints,tips discarded
- 1 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Line 2 baking sheets with non-stick aluminum foil. Put flour, cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt in a zip top plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add wings, seal,and shake until well coated. Put wings on baking sheets in l layer, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a small bowl,whisk together melted butter and hot sauce.
Dip wings in mixture and return to baking sheets. Bake about 45 minutes.turning once, until crispy, no longer pink in the center, and juices run clear.
