Ham, Cheddar and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, slightly beated
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cooked, cubed ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen broccoli, thawed and drained or fresh broccoli, parboiled
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie using 9" pie pan. Refrigerate remaining crust for later use. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in crust. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; cut into wedges.
