Ingredients
- 1-2 lb pkg frozen hashbrowns
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3/4 c diced onion
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 c shredded cheddar
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Put hashbrowns in casserole and let defrost. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. cover with diced onions, sour cream, cheese, and soup. top with crushed corn flakes. Melt butter and drizzle over flakes. Bake 45 mins
