Ingredients

  • 20 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup of grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt & pepper
  • 3 shallots, minced (you can use red onion as a substitute if you don't have shallots)
  • 15 sprigs of thyme
  • (can be cut into smaller portions or use for two meals)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, mix the mustards, oil, white wine and shallots together.

2. Place the drumsticks in the mustard mixture and roll them to coat. Season with kosher salt & pepper. Throw the thyme sprigs all over a baking sheet. Place chicken on top of thyme

3. Bake at 375F for about 50 minutes to an hour, or until juices run clear
