Ingredients
- 20 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup of grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt & pepper
- 3 shallots, minced (you can use red onion as a substitute if you don't have shallots)
- 15 sprigs of thyme
- (can be cut into smaller portions or use for two meals)

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, mix the mustards, oil, white wine and shallots together.
2. Place the drumsticks in the mustard mixture and roll them to coat. Season with kosher salt & pepper. Throw the thyme sprigs all over a baking sheet. Place chicken on top of thyme
3. Bake at 375F for about 50 minutes to an hour, or until juices run clear
