Garlic Butter Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3 cups plain or seasoned potato chip crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 F.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Coat chicken in sour cream and then in chips. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 F and bake 10 to 12 more minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and combine with garlic. Remove chicken from oven and brush garlic butter over each breast. Increase heat to 450 F and bake 5 more minutes. Serves: 4 to 6.
