Ingredients
- 6 ounces (175 mL) chocolate chips
- 6 ounces (175 mL) butterscotch chips
- 1 cup (250 mL) chow mein noodles
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain peanuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler.
Slightly break up chow mein noodles. Add chopped peanuts and chow mein noodles to melted chips. Coat thoroughly.
Drop teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets. Form cookies with two teaspoons. Refrigerate.
