Ingredients
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate, milk chocolate or
- vanilla baking chips
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a simmer, about 160 degrees, remove from the heat. Stir in chips until melted. Place pan in a bowl of ice water; stir constantly until cooked. Gradually whick in the sugar until smooth and thick.
