Ingredients
- 5-6 lb prime rib roast, room temperature
- 1 tbs salt
- 1/2 tbs pepper
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs rosemary
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1-2 tbs horseradish
- 1-2 green onions, chopped

Step 1
Mix salt and pepper, garlic powder, rosemary. Rub roast all over with dry rub. Place roast on rake in middle of oven. Roast 1 hr. Turn off oven. Do Not open door at anytime. May be held in oven for several hours. Turn oven on again to 375 degrees for 30 mins before serving for rare, 40 mins for med rare. Works on any size prime rib. While cooking mix together mayo, sour cream, horseradish, and chopped onion. chill and serve with dinner
