Royal Icing

Ingredients

• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 3 tbs meringue powder
• 12 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup warm water

Preparation

Step 1

1 in a stand mixer combine confectioners sugar and meringue powder until combined.
2 add vanilla and water 1 tbs at a time.
3 beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
