Ingredients
- 6 individual ready-made pizza crusts
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 16 ounces fresh spinach, torn
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced thin
- 7 ounces sliced black olives, drained
- 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Crisp pizza crusts in 425º oven for 5 minutes.
Sauté bell pepper, garlic and mushrooms in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender. Add spinach and sauté just until wilted.
Lay mozzarella cheese slices on top of warm crusts. Add sautéed vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt; top with tomatoes, olives and crumbled feta.
Bake in 425º oven for 6 to 10 minutes or until cheeses melt. Let cool before serving.
