Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 Tblsp butter
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Peanut Butter Fudge
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk, butter and salt. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly onto wax paper lined 8 inch square pan.

Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off the paper and cut into squares. Store the fudge in a covered container in the fridge.

Can do this in micorowave on high for 1 minute. Melt chocolate, butter and milk, stir well then add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Very easy and works all the time. Use aluminum foil and spray with Pam.

PB Fudge

Microwave chocolate and milk 1 1/2 minutes, stir in vanilla, salt and peanut butter. Pour in foil lined 8 X 8 pan, chill for 2 hours.
